Will tickets be available on the door?

You must book a ticket to enter the venue, and these will be available to book online in advance of the event.


Is it possible to re-enter the venue?

It will be possible, please speak to the Information Desk and they will issue you with a pass for re-entry.


I'm attending the Green Zone with a group, how do I change my ticket?

The lead guest who booked for the group is the only member permitted to modify a reservation. They can do this by logging into their account.


Not all members of my group will arrive at the same time, what can we do?

We encourage people to make every effort to enter the Green Zone site together. If this is not possible, we can permit separate arrival times in exceptional circumstances. Contact us: hellogreenzone@cabinetoffice.gov.uk .


What can I take through security at the Green Zone?

You are permitted to take food and drink through security but not large bags or bulky items. Please allow 30 minutes for passing through security and arriving at your event.


Is seating allocated at events?

There is no allocated seating in the event spaces.. If you have a specific requirement, please let the ushers know and they will make sure we are able to accommodate you.


Is the venue accessible?

Yes, the venue is accessible. Hearing loops, wheelchairs and family rooms are all available on site. Please visit the COP26 website for more information.


Can I drive to the venue?

We encourage everyone to travel to the venue in a sustainable manner. Parking will not be available on site so please take public transport instead. Further information about travelling to the Glasgow Science Centre during COP26 can be found on the COP26 website.


Can I visit the Blue Zone?

The Blue Zone is reserved for official delegates who are accredited by the UNFCCC.
